History

H2O International was founded in 1989. It is a progressive US based company with experience in manufacturing and marketing its products in over 42 countries worldwide. The company's range of state-of-the-art water purifiers and water dispensers are known, tested and respected and are on the cutting edge of water purification technology.
H2O South Africa was formed in 1994 by Tony Marchesini after he was awarded the franchise rights by H2O International Inc, USA, to distribute the company's water treatment systems in Southern Africa.

Since inception, H2O South Africa has sub-franchised 50 territories. Each franchise outlet is a retail store where the public can view the range of purifiers, purchase and obtain technical support. Apart from these franchises, the company has appointed hundreds of distributors throughout the country to market and promote its water purifiers and water dispensers.
